draw users attention to the following important notes extracted from the document.
KeeResources datasets are available in conjunction with industry standard and expanded
coding regimes.
It is the Clients' responsibility to ensure that all External data incorporated
within any reporting or analysis, or any KWIK product is subscribed to appropriately
& duly paid to the data supplier in question.
KeeResources will not contract to supply or sub supply any datasets other than our
own, and contracts for supply of External data will remain between the Client and
the original provider of the data.
Clients agree to hold all contractual terms in place and warrant that no unauthorised
use of the data will occur.
By using any KWIK system, or by downloading any data or documents from this site
you expressly agree to the master terms & conditions.
KeeResources reserves the right to withdraw access/supply of any individual data
streams in the event of breach of any conditions forming part of the supply or service
agreements with any individual data provider.
